📓Release Notes - March 2020

These changes are being made during March 2020. This document will be updated as additional changes are made.

New Changes

Non organization "memberships" can now easily be added en masse.

This fix is particularly useful for setting the dates for a number of vaccinations on a group of horses who were done on the same date. In the past, if there was nothing in the membership number box, it would not fill in the information at all, leaving some horses blank.

Select the "Set membership dates" option.

In this case, we select the horse and EHV. Select the start and end date. Check the "Create Membership if missing" option. Select execute.

You will get a confirmation/warning. Click OK

Any horses that did not previously have anything in the membership box will be autofilled as seen below.

Modifications to "Class Count Report by Schedule"

We have made some good changes to this report. Now flat classes are not counted as trips.

Jumper Table added to multiple reports and the web.

The jumper table now appears in multiple locations.

Fee detail report by entry now shows trainer accounts.

This report used to leave trainer reports blank. Now it shows the trainer account and labels it as such.

Fixes

• Daily User Report would sometimes print blank pages-FIXED

• Issue where horse size status would remain despite the height box being cleared-FIXED

• Bug where residual rider status was retained despite clearing of USEF number. FIXED

• Issue where EC amateurs were verifying as amateurs for USEF-FIXED
