All detail screens share some common elements. To review these common items please click here.
If you select a Group, you will be directed to the Group detail page.
The Group detail page will list the basic group information, such as the group name, group start & end dates, and the members of the group. There is also a checkbox to activate, or inactivate the selected group.
The Area Privileges Tab shows a complete listing of all the permissions that the selected group holds.
The privileges permissions list is broken out in the following categories.
None means the selected group has no permission for the selected category.
Read means the selected group can read only for the selected category.
Create means the selected group can create, but not delete or modify an existing record for the category.
Modify means the selected group can create a new record, or modify an existing record for the category.
Delete means the selected group has all permissions for the selected category.
Field Privileges are a listing of additional privileges that the selected group has, and their permission level.
Special Privileges are a listing of all of the additional special privileges that the selected group is allowed to have access to.
The Verb column is a description of what the selected group has the ability to do to the object that is being enabled.
