Accessing the Ingate

There is a specific way to access the ingate portion of the software. The following directions will give a step by step process on how to access that as well as changing back to the normal client prog

Steps:

1. You will first access the RDP connection to access the client software.

2. Once in the connection, you will access the login window of the client.

3. You will enter your username and password, but instead of hitting the Log In button, you will hit the Configure button. This will bring up the following popup.

4. Choosing the Set As Ingate Computer will bring up a popup asking if you are sure you want to set device as an ingate computer.

5. Clicking ok will bring up a popup to reconnect for the new configuration.

6. The system will close to reconfigure and the following popup will show up to access the ingate/announcer tool. Click the Ingate/Announcer button to access the program.

7. This is the ingate/announcer platform.

   1. The first tab is the set order of go.

   2. The second tab is the main Ingate and Announcer tab.

   3. The third tab shows the schedule for the day.

   4. The fourth tab is the points tab.

   5. The fifth tab is the Results tab.

   6. The final tab is the Score Board tab.

If you want to clear a computer as an Ingate device, you will choose that configure option at the login. The option to Clear as Ingate Computer will be on the list that the popup shows.

Clicking that option will bring up a box making sure you want to clear the computer. Clicking ok will close the the system and remove the computer as an ingate computer.
