Notification Setup

  1. To add someone to the group: Go to settings -> Groups -> SGL VIP Tech Support -> edit

  2. Add them to the agents

  3. We next need to enable notifications: Its under settings -> Profile settings

  4. We then need to change notifications for "A conversation gets assigned to a group I am a part of" to receive email and push notifications

App setup for Phone or tablet

  1. Go to the Google or Apple store and download the Freshchat App

  2. Open the app

  3. Enter the URL: showgroundsonline-help.freshchat.com as shown below

  4. Follow the instructions and sign-in with your email and password.

  5. Send a test email to confirm that you are receiving the notifications
